The Sustainability Manager is originated in the project Zwei Tage Nachhaltigkeit funded by the Austrian Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology (bmvit)[1].

The management game for education and training on sustainability was conducted by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Rupert Baumgartner from the Institute of Systems Sciences, Innovation and Sustainability Research and developed and managed by Attribu·i.
